- Follow the instructions for the case study either individually or in a group. There is a link given with basic information about Kodak.
- You will need information on Fujifilm, both past and current. You may need more information on Kodak. If so, research as needed.
- The Ted talk from the Day 2 will be very helpful. Review it as necessary. All answers will vary.

KODAK CASE STUDY
Kodak is an American company that produces imaging with an emphasis in photography. Answer the following questions by analyzing the company: What is the company doing wrong? What could be improved? Why are they falling behind in their field of business? How can the company improve to insure they will be around in 20 years? What would you do if this was your business? What can make Kodak as successful as their main competitor Fujifilm? Using the information from the course videos and worksheets, plus the knowledge of yourself and your peers, follow the link below and learn about Kodak. Research more about the American company. Provide at least one source in addition to the link given. This case study should range between 300-500 words. You may work in groups.
Now, you will review a brief presentation. The class will be going through this document. Read each page and take notes, so that you are prepared to create long-term sustainability in your business plan. Analyze the case studies and discuss them in groups or as a class. Think about what has been done and what could have been done differently. What would you have done if it was you? This is a bit long, but the information is very useful.
